We have a little over a week before our class starts! 

The orientation will be done using CCCConfer - and will be all online

To get ready for this, you need to make sure you can connect to the
cccconfer site and that your browser is set up to work with it.

Here is what I would like you to do:

*	Before our Orientation on March 10th , go to the
http://CCCConfer.org <http://cccconfer.org/>  

*	Click on the link that says Student Login under Teach and Confer 

*	Click on the link you will see in the left side banner that says:
Test Your Computer Readiness 

*	On this page you will see a link that says Click here

363B6B365>  to get started.
*	This program has to install and run a Java Applet. 
1.	The wizard will check for connectivity and Java installation.
2.	 You will be prompted to download any required software. 
3.	Just click the "Run", "Install" and "Accept" statements that appear
on your screen. 
4.	When the computer has the required components, you will see the
"Congratulations!" message.

	Now you are ready for our session on March 10th - remember you will
to connect both your computer and a telephone at the same time. We will use
the computer screen to display information to you and the telephone for a
conference call.
